For an extra-clean, trace along the eyebrows' edges with a concealer that matches your skin tone and then blends outward with your fingertips. This extra step will make your arches emerge more defined. Add a bit of highlighter to your brow bone to match the light and provide your makeup with that finishing touch. You will need a brow tint, concealer, brow pencil, and highlighter to make charming brows with staying power.
