Eyelashes are very sensitive and can be damaged easily; while applying waterproof eyeliner, you must be extra careful and delicately use the eyeliner. If your upper eyelashes are long, you need to hold them gently and use waterproof eyeliner. Move the eyeliner close with your eyelids, creating the illusion of thickness.
