The founder, Grice, loved beauty since she was a child. Whenever she had the opportunity, she would fiddle with her mother’s dressing table. She chose her favorite color matching school in college where she found that people participated in the performance were both yearning for makeup but shy. Beauty is everyone's desire. but dare not use makeup. The reason is that makeup was not common at that time, and cosmetics were considered luxury goods, so Grice secretly thought that as long as the price of cosmetics tends to be consumed by the public, some If people promote it, more and more people will try to be beautiful. In the near future, cosmetics will become a daily necessity for girls, which made Grice more and more excited.
After graduating from university, Grice couldn't wait to find a cosmetics counter to be a shopping guide, while doing sales, she could learn more about cosmetics and understand the psychology of people who buy cosmetics. She became a national Cosmetics Formulation Engineer and this experience laid a very good foundation for the establishment of a cosmetics research and development room, factory, and sales team.
In 2004, Grice founded the Doriff R&D room, specializing in formula research and development for some brands, and then established a modern factory with 10,000 square meters of raw materials, R&D, testing, QC and production factory, mainly serving domestic and foreign brands ODM processing. For 15 years, Doriff has been committed to providing products with good quality and good price for the world's cosmetics brands. It is also Doriff's persistence that has won praise and trust from customers time and time again.
After the trip to Banff, Grice founded the Banffee team. Banffee aims to collide with new ideas for future cosmetics. The setting of the Banffee team is mainly responsible for the development and design of the customer's front-end products, which are handed over to the Doriff factory for R&D, verification, testing and production.
